A bizarre rom-com like no other, directed by critical darling Yorgos Lanthimos (The Favourite). The Lobster follows a man (Colin Farrell) stuck in a hotel where all guests must find a romantic partner with whom they share at least one trait, lest they be turned into an animal of their choice. He encounters a group of runaways who swear off romance, which may become a problem when he begins to fall for a fellow short-sighted woman (Rachel Weisz).  Written and directed by Academy Award nominee Yorgos Lanthimos, The Lobster features an all-star cast including Academy Award winner Olivia Coleman, Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw and John C Reilly in supporting roles.

Excitingly, this screening will be a SILENT CINEMA screening, meaning all audio will be via headphones.

Tickets including use of wireless headphones for the night are:

Adults: £12.50

Concession: £8

This title will have Audio Description running in a Relaxed & Dementia Friendly Environment.

We are scheduled to start at 20:15 and are estimated to finish between 21:30. Depending upon daylight the start time may be pushed slightly.

In order to help us deliver a safe and enjoyable screening we have a limited capacity for this event so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Space will be allocated on a first-come first-seated basis. No seats are provided at this event so please bring a seat or blanket.

Feel free to bring food and drink but please remember alcohol is not permitted in the park. The park toilets will be open during the event.

How do the headphones work?

Each attendee will have their own personal headphone, which will be tuned into the film. You will be able to adjust the volume to suit you, then return them to the CFF team when the screening has finished.
